Decent place to live in

I've lived in this apartment complex for almost five years now and i have no complain whatsoever. No problem w/ parking, people respect designated spaces to be honest. Management is always on point.I think we have new manager and she really does work hand in hand w/ the tenants. I've been reading a lot of negative comments about how dirty this place is, how ghetto the neighborhood is but i think that is something beyond their control. And the thing is, if the people living here will keep on ...
trashing this place, keep the gate doors open all the time (there's a freakin reason why it's locked on the outside) then yeah homeless people will keep on coming in digging in the dumpster. It's always a community effort to keep the apartment complex a decent place to live in. If ya'll looking for a place, i'll definitely recommend this one here. Take it from someone who's been living here for years now.

Manager is no help. Does not re new leases the whole building got a 30 day notice one after another. No deposit refund.maintence is a joke doesn't fix the problem just fixed temporarily.lots of bums sleeping on grass daily. Don't rent here.
