P&R Properties Twin Ports offices are in Duluth, MN and our friendly staff are here to make your home leasing experience great. We believe in providing properties in the Twin Ports region that one can be proud to call home. All landscaping, snow removal, and maintenance requests are handled by our property staff. Our properties are also pet friendly with a nonrefundable fee and monthly pet rent.
