It looks great from outside. When we got the apt the carpet had stains and it was obvious they did not clean it from previous renter and refused to clean it afterwards. Ventilation system is old and loud, especially fan in bathroom. Apt complex permits smoking on property, we totally didn't expect it and now we are second-hand smokers because of our neighbors. No laundry in units but there is laundry outside of buildings with strobe lights. The strobe lights cannot be turned off and were not ...

repaired for more than a month despite multiple requests.

Well...if you do not care of not having privacy at all (2 times/month, they conduct housekeeping inspection inside your house without your presence), if you do not care of not having washer and dryer in the units, but pay 1.50 per load in their poorly kept and non-programmable washing machines in their laundry rooms, if you do not care to deal with the noise of their outdated ventilation system, if you do not care to have only one power outlet per room and not other lighting system, and if you ...

do not care to sign up and pay for a patio, but being permitted to have on it the outdoor furniture only, and if you do not care to to have a fee of $49 for paying with credit card, or a late penalty of $135, and you rent gets up on every renewal ...than you will be welcome at Orangewood Park Apartments.

I have only been here for 7 weeks, but I can't imagine living anywhere else. The apartment is a good size, but still has that homey feeling. There is plenty if storage space. The office staff is very personable and friendly, but also very efficient. The management staff is to be congratulated on their prompt and efficient service. There is ample parking and well lit. The neighbors are very friendly, respective of the rules. There has been no vandalism that I am aware of. There is ample ...

parking and all areas are will lit. I have a therapy dog that needs to be walked numerous times during the day and I feel safe walking him even if it gets a little late in the evening. The landscaping is attractive and well maintained. If you are looking for an apartment in lower Bucks County, this is where you want to live.

I've been here for 20 years and can't imagine ever leaving. The management is fantastic, the grounds are beautiful, maintenance is right on it and the rents are reasonable! There is a gorgeous swimming pool, it's quiet and the neighbors are so pleasant. It's just a wonderful place to enjoy life!

I moved here a little over two years ago....due to my husband was ill plus I have a bad knee....we needed a downstairs apt I lost my home due to a very cruel move by a new owner of the property we built our home on over 42 yrs ago. We had a registered 99 yr lease with the state.. The new owner gave us 14 days to move out or we would be arrested like criminals The stress made my husband sick. If you are looking for an apartment that feels like more of a home than a quick rest stop, then look no further. A peaceful and beautiful place to live. Orangewood Park feels like less of an apartment and more of a home than the house I used to live in. The walls here are solid and I wouldnever even know people lived on either side of me. balconies on the second. Great friendly community. Beautiful gated pool with restrooms, tables, chairs,and umbrellas poolside. A picnic area right outside the pool with a picnic table and grills. The landscape is kept pristine and clean. I NEVER see trash laying around anywhere and the grass never looks overgrown the slightest bit. TONS of closet space! There is a coat closet in the living room, a HUGE storage closet in the hall, a linen closet directly next to the bathroom, roomy closets in the bedrooms as well. Central heat and air with a thermostat so you can control the temperature...best part is the unit is located outside of your home in an enclosed area attached to your apartment so it takes up no space and is quite quiet. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because there are no washer/dryer units in each individual apartment. The good thing though is that there is a washer/dryer room at the end of each street...yes, street! No apartment numbers needed here. You get a real address just like a house. Mail slots in each door so your mail and packages come ditectly to you. I am proud to call Orangewood Park my home and plan on staying here a VERY long time! I can honestly say this is my favorite place I have ever lived!

Orangewood Apartments is the best place to live. The rent is priced great and a quite complex. Management takes care of everything when you ask. I would never live anywhere else!
