Ok you’re not interested and hung up the phone
April 18, 2025The office girl said that they only look at working income when I was at the office. As I was answering question online application, I have to fill out all my assets( CDand 401k, it means that they include all the income not only working income. So I stopped in the middle of online application. The office girl called me if I’m interested I have to finish the online application, I said that why I have to put in all my asset accounts? Caution
October 14, 2022It's an ok place to live BUT if you use a w/c or a walker MAKE SURE you get a ground level apartment because when the elevator goes out (3 times in a year) your stuck! A prisoner in your apartment! Just hope there is never a fire! Another thing if you go out to the front door of the building plan on standing because the chair we had to sit and wait for a ride and were out of the way got thrown out into the trash. But in some parts of the floors and the stairs there no lights because their ...burnt out and I'm told the light bulbs are no longer maid. I'd say that is a safety measure!Property Manager Responded

May 2, 2018I do not agree with the old management being let go because of people and their petty gossip and their desire to be the ones to run the place. Hopefully, the new management will do well, and it seems to be that way so far. I like the way that they have started with big things and they are working their way down the list. We used to have beautiful landscaping, and it needs to be that way again, trash needs to be picked up by the people who make the mess, not the maintenance guy. Parking is another ...situation that needs to be badly taken care of. This is a good place to live if everyone cooperates and new management is given a chance. Here's hoping that will happen!
