poor property management
September 3, 2024After living here for seven years, I saw the property go downhill. I had witnessed a huge fire, rodents in the buildings, one apartment that was deemed uninhabitable grass that was killed and looked awful because of overfertilizing, trees dead and down with extremely slow removal, dog waste on the property, and doors and decks painted so poorly they chipped off and showed the other paint color underneath. I was never late on rent and was a terrific tenant for seven years with no updated ...appliances or any real apartment upkeep on their part - only to be charged excessive fees for failing to clean out my microwave and dust my blinds after I moved out. Fantastic pet-friendly luxury apartments!
June 8, 2021I have lived in apartments my entire life, and this apartment complex has been by far the best. We have lived here for approximately 3 years, and in that time we have have had nothing but good experiences. The maintenance team is always prompt and very professional. Emergency repairs are always completed quickly and efficiently. When our heater broke late at night in the winter, they were able to fix it the same night. The management team is also excellent. They are friendly and very responsive. ...I have never had a problem reaching someone if I had an issue or needed to ask a question. On top of that, they regularly put on community events like BBQs or booking a food truck. The apartments themselves are very nice. The clubhouse, gym, and pool are all very well-maintained. There is a beautiful walking trail that is great for walking your dog or just taking a stroll. While the rent is a bit above average for the area, you definitely get your money's worth here; it's a true luxury apartment complex. Beautiful and Peaceful
June 14, 2018I moved in a few weeks ago and absolutely feel at home here ! My apartment is amazing . The detail to landscaping and care of the complex is impeccable. Which makes for a beautiful community atmosphere . It’s quite and serene here . The community managers and maintenance staff are accommodating and professional! Spectacular Living in Chester County
August 21, 2015I have visited many apartments, but felt something was missing until I visited Orchard Ridge Apartments. It started with my interaction with the office staff who are fantastic. They make you feel like you're already a member of the community as they discuss the various apartments/townhomes available and the amenities the complex has to offer. Let's review the amenities offered. The clubhouse has a nice fitness room and nice sized pool. There is also a computer for resident use as well as a ...fully stocked wrapping station in case you need to wrap some gifts. Each unit has its own washer /dryer and a private balcony or deck depending on which floor you're on. If you need a little extra storage space the complex has garages which can be leased on a monthly basis for a reasonable rate. On the property you have play area for the kids, sidewalks, a basketball court, car wash station with free commercial vacuum and a fenced in area for your dogs with their own play equipment and fire hydrant. If you own a pet, they will love Orchard Ridge. Not only do they have their own play area to meet new friends, they also have a Doggie Bar at the clubhouse where they can grab a drink and a doggie biscuit. There is also a hose just in case they need a quick rinse. The office staff has activities for the residents and kids throughout the user and although the complex is situated in a very quiet area, you are only minutes away from major roadways such as 422 and 100 and plenty of shopping and entertainment. August 6, 2015This is the perfect apartment complex if you have a fur buddy. There is a large walking/jogging area for fitness, doggy park, basketball court, pool, car wash and other amenities throughout often not found in other apartments in the area. The apartments are clean, maintenance is readily available, common areas are well maintained and there is no lawn care :) It's close proximity to stores, restaurants and grocery stores is a plus.Review from Apartments.com
Fabulous community for any household situation!
July 24, 2015Single professional, couples, young families and retirees! Might not sound like it works but this apartment community really makes an effort to work for a variety of households. Pet friendly (a dog park so that four-legged friends have a safe space without disrupting other neighbors), a well-maintained pool yard, exercise facilities and beautiful clubhouse where community activities are held. A walking path and basketball court also encourage adults and children alike to get out and enjoy the ...neighborhood. The design of the roads in the community encourage safety when driving in and out of the community, while providing plenty of space for young children waiting for their school buses. Community management takes great pride in maintaining the apartments, when we've called for maintenance (even minor concerns) they're checking into any potential problems within a day. The staff is very respectful and acts responsibly, including the 24 hour call operators for the management company. The open living space (and ample parking) allows us to entertain many more people than you would expect at one time, without disrupting neighbors. We've even been able to keep a vegetable garden out on our balcony and still sit out there to enjoy dinner outside. It was well worth the search when we were looking for a new home, and can't imagine finding any place that suits our needs better.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
