Tried to schedule an appointment and was promised a text confirmation.. Come the day of the appointment, we drove there and was not able to find parking anywhere. Let alone the area of the apartment is dirty and run down.. the cost is unreasonable for the location.
I emailed them about the parking situation and told them that I appreciate their time but we are going to move on respectfully; they come back with saying that they texted me but they got no response. I told them I did not receive it ...
and sent them my number again, they still proceeded to argue with me and tell me that I’m lying.
If that’s how they treat potential tenants by accusing them of lying (when I respond right away to my emails and texts) can you imagine how they treat their actual tenants?
I don’t recommend going here or living here unless you want to have potential problems later on.

For the amount of rent charged you can find a place where there are no gangbangers outside of your building and you can also find a peaceful living environment without any aggressive neighbors threatening you. The place is clean and well maintained but not worth the stress. Also, good luck finding parking in the area. Simply dont recommend. Look elsewhere.

I´ve been here living for years, and I love it! The building is beautiful, peacefull, very clean, close to a Shopping Plaza, major supermarkets, brand name shoe store, a few parks, delicious street food...All needs and wants that you need and deserve are here...at Orion Apartments...8960 :)!
