February 12, 2024Overall the unit was not ready for occupants when we moved in. The dishwasher leaked, the oven was damaged, the toilet in one of the restrooms was flooding, the closet rods were detached, the microwave was defective, the threshold was coming up from the floor, the tub and shower areas were unsanitary, etc. Please check units more thoroughly before renting.Property Manager Responded

We enjoyed knowing that there was constant upkeep of the grounds and homes. The service of the leasing administrators was nothing less than amazing. This is my girlfriend’s and I’s first apartment and the staff was incredibly helpful with the entire process. Felt almost seamless and there was an open line of communication from when we applied, ...signed the lease, and moved into our new home.
