Poor New Management Team
July 11, 2021Apartments are in good condition and grounds very nice. New management that took over on April 1, 2021 is very poor. They think they know everything but know nothing. They treat renters very poorly and are every rude to renters. They treat you like you own the apartment and not renters. What to do everything by email. Will only see you by appointment only but will not answer phones and don't return messages. Looked me out of my storage unit without warning even though I just signed a new lease ...that included the unit and would not let back in. Would not give me copy of lease.
