Great location, University Hospital is a walk away, free campus shuttle around University Circle. Apt is great. Cons: Elevator has been broken for 10 months Door on 3rd floor broken and you hear a loud bang everytime someone walks in Snows- get ready to walk-in calf level snow, no salt on ice. They nickel n dime you for everything. You get emails all of the time about what they expect and how they can bill you. Workmen leave doors wide open all day and track white stuff through hall Halls have ...
patches all over them Lastly they charged me for a parking pass which is a sticker even tho I informed them I would only be here a week.
