Renters Reviews and Ratings
Poor Condition and Management
January 4, 2024Building is old, and in need of constant repair. Despite "renovations" being done to units as tenants leave, there are structural issues that are literally painted over. Roach infestations throughout the years, leaks, mold, and groups of tenants congregate outside to smoke and drink late into the night. The old manager was awful, unable to use email and never around for walk-ins (despite living there?) New manager isn't much better, rude and dismissive of complaints.Review from Apartments.com
Worth it
March 9, 2018I just moved into one of their renovated apartments and am happy with my choice. Totally worth it! It is centrally located and convenient to the metro. Tons of awesome places around. And contrary to what some of the haters are saying, the manager is a sweet, friendly woman who was even willing to chat with my mom (I just moved from out of state so my mom was freaked out a bit). So excited to be here!Review from Apartments.com
Amazing manager
March 9, 2018The building is old but well maintained. Many of my neighbors (tenants in the building) have rented in the building for a really long time. The manager is friendly and extremely helpful, a real person who gets things done as opposed to the front store faces many other places around here have. Overall, a great bargain for what you get.Review from Apartments.com
wrong choice
December 11, 2017this is my first time to feel sorry about my choice and wasting my time here in this building, the worst manager ever.Review from Apartments.com
not recomended
November 15, 2017i wish if i didn't move in here, i'll get out of here first when get a chance, the manager thinks she is the boos and doesn't listen to what you ask for it's like she is making you a favor to let you live here even you are the one who pays....seriouslyReview from Apartments.com
headache
October 18, 2017the building is old but that's ok, the manager is the worst ever, a lot of tenants are complaining. i wouldn't recommend it.Review from Apartments.com
