The pricing structure and breakdown is misleading. The renewal offers for more than 1 year are misleading, excessive, and unreasonable. The customer service is also quite poor. Some of the people are pleasant, but I’ve had several terrible experiences speaking with rude, demanding, or otherwise unprofessional staff. Although, I’m speaking quite directly and frankly here, I’ve typically begin all my interactions with kindness. That patience and kindness has run out living with this place for well ...
