The inside oh the apartment is very nice, the outside needs updating, the yard needs some benches , grass ,trees and lighting!? the windows I hate!! They have a film on them and looking out is not welcoming. Its quiet and that I love.. I was scared because of my past experience in apartments with noise and loud music but not here.. if they fixed the front , fix the door especially with crime and feeling safe is a must, the yard and windows it be perfect ?

I just recently moved in and Bonnie was amazing very helpful. The apartment is very big and Beautiful. The hallways could use a little fixing up but other then that nice building great neighborhood near public transportation.

My fiancé and I moved in about a month ago and we love it so far! Very spacious, updated apartment. All friends and family that have visited love it. The neighborhood for the most part is quiet and peaceful. Management and maintenance are very responsive and helpful.

I’ve been here for a month i love the apartment. Everything was new it’s a perfect size the building is very quiet and clean. The people that work for the apartments are very nice as well and excellent with responding!!! The only issue i have is the intercom doesn’t work too well. Other than for this to be my first apartment on my own i couldn’t have picked a better place also reasonable i price.

My boyfriend and I recently moved in and we love it! All of the appliances were brand new, it was very clean, and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The landlord is also very efficient and welcoming!

I appreciate your feedback and sincerely apologize that we some how missing each other today, I arrived at Oxford Towers at 1:15 and I was there until 2:45 with showings. As discussed when the appointment was confirmed, we were to meet in the lobby of the building.
Again I do not know how we missed each other today as I was waiting in the lobby, unfortunately I did not receive your email until I returned to the office.

Everyone says your first place won’t always be the best , but I feel like me and my boyfriend picked a very nice place for our first place. The rooms are spacious , everything was redone (new Carpet color, paint ) when we moved in and everything was fresh. Also neighbors are pretty friendly and apartment is pretty quiet. Maintenance and management is quick to answer any questions and solve any problems you may have . I love our apartment and I’m very satisfied with everything that comes with it ...

My experience moving into Oxford Towers was my most convenient transition into an apartment in my rental history. What made the process so smooth was that the leasing managers were very pleasant and extremely helpful. Even coming in on her off day to start and send my leasing agreement and other paperwork early as well as the other documentation needed. So thanks to Bonnie and Oxford Towers! So far so smooth!
