Me and my dad applied for this apartment months ago and it took them weeks to get back to us about approval and after being approved they go radio silent and give you no information about when a apartment will be available and most of the time can’t even get them on the phone. Don’t apply it’s a waste of time.

The community is quiet, peaceful and family oriented. The staff are helpful and friendly. Hidden gem both in price (rent) and community inclusion. Love it here.

This is my 2nd (almost 3rd) year living at Oxford Townhomes and I really enjoy it! The management and maintenance staff are so kind and thoughtful! Where I stay my neighbors are really nice. I also love that the property is non-smoking. I highly recommend Oxford Townhomes.

Oxford Townhomes is truly one of Huntsville's best kept secrets. Big rooms, wood floors, and an awesome accent wall I live in a 1 bedroom and it's the cutest ever! Great staff, and we'll maintained. We have after school programs, a computer lab, and movie night! It's also smoke free. I moved here from an apartment where all three of my neighbors smoked, and my apartment smelled like it too. Best decision ever!
