Great building and friendly staff!
March 2, 2022I have lived here (Phase II) since summer of 2021 and have been pleased so far with Packtenn and Northshore Rentals. The new buildings are great quality with all the amenities you would expect from a modern apartment complex. Besides the proximity to the airport (particularly the rather loud fighter jets that fly overhead during training exercises every few days) the location is relatively quiet and the walls seem well insulated (no neighbor noise). Staff has also been very pleasant to ...work/communicate with and have been prompt to deal with any maintenance issues. For the price and the Madison rental market at large, I believe Packtenn is a great value. In fact, the location in particular piqued my interest due to its proximity to downtown, Sun Prairie, Middleton (quick drive up and around Lake Mendota), and easy access to/from I-94/90.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
