        Constant bug problems, no heat, doors arnt set properly, door knobs fall off constantly, hot water randomly shut off without notice, and home invasions have happened.

        I am a current tenant and this place is a dump. Some units have no heat where some of us the heat won't shut off. It is June and it is 100 degrees in my bedrooms. We have mold, rodents, insects, poor conditions in the laundry rooms. Plumbing issues. None of our issues are addressed. I have to sleep on my couch because they will not address the boiler issue to turn the heat off during the summer months. Do not rent from Liv Lavender Property Management. We all are having issues and have sent ...
