August 6, 2015i lived in a farmhouse in the country for 17 years. last year i was forced to move. the thought of moving to an apartment made me cringe. even as i was moving in, i knew i would hate it. after about 1 day, i realized that this is pretty cool. its clean, quiet and warm. i've told many people i wish i had moved here years ago. i love it. never wanna leave here. i may be in line to inherit my elderly mothers house at some point in the future. as crazy as it may sound, i would rather stay here. thats ...how much i love it here. i rarely see or hear anyone. people are respectful and mind their own business. i have a small 1-bedroom, but its enough for me. wanna stay here forever.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 28, 2015its small square and really cheap for the town, if you're on your last year of college and just want to get out of here this would be a decent place.The Price is Right game utilities are included, the landscaping has not been held up over the last year so the pictures a little deceiving that you see online nowadays.Review from Apartments.com
A steal!
July 23, 2015While not the most up to date complex, it is an amazing steal. Utilities included in the rent. While it could use an updating, the value of such a place makes it ok. Cats are allowed with no extra charge or deposit. Each unit has a patio or deck which is great. Property manager and maintenance staff are great. Mixed bag of tenants, families, elderly, single professionals. Don't miss this steal in a college town.Review from Apartments.com
