  • Okay but expensive for the size.

    No one can complain about the location! Literally blocks from the ocean, 3rd street promenade, and everything Santa Monica has to offer. I have a 2 bedroom, 830 sf apartment with a living room that barely holds a couch. There are ZERO amenities unless you count the elevator... Even then, its operation is spotty at best.
