Rude/Disrespectful Leasing Lady
November 14, 2025I scheduled a viewing and the lady over the phone made it incredibly difficult. We were 2 minutes late and she rudely called asking where we were & made us pay to park in the street. Once inside she asked what we were interested in and when I asked about 2 bedrooms with 2 parking spots (available on the site) she rudely said “why would you waste my time”. Mind you we drove 40 minutes there and she just walked over from her office. I mentioned how all of our time is valuable and this made her ...become rude enough to the point where we weren’t even willing to look anymore. I had 4 different viewings today each went pleasantly. The woman working here is rude, disrespectful and a horrible first impression of this place. Can’t imagine having to deal with her on a daily basis. I also cannot say for a fact strongly feel that she had preconceived notions about us because of how young we are. Wouldn’t let my worst enemy live here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
