Nice apartments on initial impression with glaring flaws

The apartments at Paceline are actually pretty nice but after living in my unit for over a year there are some flaws that need to be addressed. My biggest gripe with these apartments are that the walls are PAPER thin. Depending on your unit, you'll be able to hear everything next door. Right before moving out, the management switched up last minute to Avenue5 and involved transferring to a new system. As a result, billing was down for a while and there was a lot of confusion for that month. There was also a switch in staff as well which was a letdown for me as the previous apartment manager was now gone (Dave was super helpful).
Upon moving out, make sure to scrub every single nook and cranny or expect to pay a few hundred dollars. My move-out fee was almost 400 dollars due to cleaning.
