About Pacific Heights Townhouse Apartments
Thank you for your interest in our townhome community. At this time we do not have any vacancies, Here is a little about us. Our townhomes rent for $2050 with a $1800 security deposit. Initial residency begins with a year's lease then converts to a month-to-month. Pacific Heights is a well-maintained complex that has a park-like setting. There are fourteen separate buildings for our 48 townhomes with lots of space for privacy between the buildings. A full size washer and dryer are in each unit and each bedroom has its own bath with a half-bath downstairs. There is a walk-in closet in one bedroom and a large closet with three sliding mirrored panels in the other bedroom. There is one assigned covered parking space and one as available in the open area. Each townhome has an individual private, fenced patios. The Solano Town Center is walking distance where you will find a multiplex theater, Macy's, Penny's and Starbucks, to name a few. There are two managers and a full time maintenance person onsite. Pacific Heights is owner-operated with attention to detail and the comfort of its residents. The application fee of $30 per adult is waived for military families. This is a non-smoking community. No pets allowed.

Worse apartments
June 22, 2022These apartments are the worse. My sons air conditioner went out they refused to fix it. Mind you the weather outside is way 100 degrees. Your property isn’t safe. Cars are constantly getting broking into. No surveillance what's so ever. DON’T MOVE HERE!!!Property Manager Responded
June 23, 2022Oh my, we have owned Pacific Heights for 23 and this is our first ever review, good, bad or otherwise! I will categorize this as otherwise because this is a blatant lie. We have never refused to fix anything, especially an AC! If there is a delay, it is out of our hands due to ordering parts and/or availability for labor. We have fans at the ready for tenants. I am not implying that takes the place of AC, but it does allow some relief while we are waiting. You are not a tenant but if you really have a son at Pacific Heights, he should call 707-428-4927 to speak to one of our two managers who is on duty. This is an owner-owned complex and we pay attention very closely. I am so sorry you felt the need, for whatever reason, to write this. Once again, this is false.
