Excellent location for commuters
September 24, 2015These apartments are great, tou are 5 mins from the 405 freeway, 2 mins from PCH, pretty near to the university, the golf course area across the street is perfect for jogging, and is in general a safe place, pool, jacuzzi and a normal sized gym are kept on neat condition. All said it obviously comes with a little high price but I think it's worth it... 1400 for a big sized studio with amazing sunset views.Review from Apartments.com
Great Apt. rent continues to go up and up?!!!
September 15, 2015Great area of Long Beach, central to shopping, schools, (including Cal State Long Beach) and nightlife. But seems as though NOT being a college student that lives here alone with out bunching 3-4 people in a one bedroom (kinda like dorm room style) the rent is tough to pay by yourself. I have been here 2 years and have now been put in the difficult decision that I will have to move :( Guess that's life!!Review from Apartments.com

August 24, 2015I've been living at Pacific View for over a year now and there is no where else I'd like to call home. I always feel safe and love having a parking spot that's convient when I come home at night. The gym, the pool and the club house are always kept up and if we every need something fixed it's a phone call away.
