Do not move in!!!!

This place is disgusting. Trashy outside. People hanging out all the time...ALL THE TIME.Iam surprised cops are not around here more often busting drug dealers and prostitutes.Do not expect the inside or outside of your apartment to look clean when you move in. Dirty baths and walls of the showers,Roaches, a.c works off and on, plumbing only works when your downstairs neighbors are not using it at the same time, and the grass is filled with trash like its a dump field.You might ask, do we ...

complain.YES and it's exhausting complaining alllllllll the time when you work and have kids and then nothing is really done. The excuse of the plumbing is because of the city. I have pictures to view when I first moved in...this is worse then the low income places I have seen and the low income charge LESS!!!! The only reason I stayed when I moved in is because of the situation me and my husband were in when moving in. And because the a.c does not work well, we are paying $200 in electric and it's not even summer. So choose wisely before moving here.

I curently live here and the management is dicent and the maintenance workers are efficient and nice my only complaint would be shots fired outside my window once and then today the security guard on duty was harassing my husband and I and trespassed on our porch.ohh and when people throw trash in the compacter they dont close it and the rest Of the people throw them outside thinking its full i guess cause they dont understand its a compactor and its nasty!!
