Don't bother, spend your money somewhere else.
December 4, 2021These apartments will lure you in due to the low monthly rent compared to neighboring apartments - reality is, you're getting what you're paying for. Some apartments are "remodeled" yet something will break each month, floors creak all the time, ceiling is thin and you can hear everything your neighbors are doing/conversations/music/stomping, energy blackouts due to "high power consumption" of too many devices, barely any parking spots, moving in/out is a pain since the elevators barely fit one ...person/ you will have to use rusty stairs outside or narrow stairs, not accessible for people with disabilities, packages get stolen frequently, fire alarms are activated minimum once a month by careless neighbors - at this point you /firefighters will never know if it's a real emergency or if someone burned food (again). These apartments will serve you if you're planning to move out within 3 months or less, don't bother staying longer it will drive you crazy.Property Manager Responded

Don't visit these properties!
January 9, 2018Please don't waste your time visiting these apartments. The photos are false advertisement. First of all, the property is barely in West Hartford, it's right on the Hartford/West Hartford line. Second of all, The Packard is "renovating" apartments that have been there for a long time. However, the renovation won't be enough to make these apartments luxurious, there is nothing luxurious about the apartments. Everything is old, creaking and falling apart. The hallways smell like smoke and have ...carpet that is coming off. Their leasing office isn't even complete yet. The property is not well kept on the outside and last but not least, there's no elevators!! I drove 2 hours to see the apartments displayed in the pictures above, but those pictures are clearly photoshopped. The reality of the Packard is old, broken down apartments located in what is basically Hartford.Property Manager Responded
