I was just reading the reviews, they suck. Honestly I stay in the apartments and yes it has had a few moments. But The manager of the apartments is very stern with the residents that break the rules. She is doing a great job. Really anyplace that has homeless people fresh from the street is going to have a few glitches but it comes with the territory. Since I have been there I have seen it tone down immensely. The halls and stairways are kept clean, the outer grounds are well maintained. People ...
do not hang out in the hallways at all hours of the night. Sometimes people do hang in the recreational areas but that is what they are there for. If i was going to give a honest rating I would go with a 3.75 out of 5 stars. M.J.

Why did someone give 5 stars

Ever since this place has been built has been nothing but trouble and police coming non stop.. a lot of people smoking marijuana and drugs out in the open.. multiple complaints to the office and yet they do not care.. The people living there play loud music NON STOP and bring random strangers throughout the day and sneak them in.. cause they wait for someone with access to go in or the person inviting them tries to quickly to get multiple people in. They say its meant for 2 people to live in the ...
studios only and I hear a whole family with kids screaming and crying and yelling... This place is supposed to "help or make the community" better but it is the exact opposite.

These apartments are full of meth addicts

The entire building is full of drug addicts that hang out in the apartment next-door in between the buildings. They smoke meth and play music all night long not safe for children or anyone the apartment is aware and doesn’t do anything.
