Terrible management

Worst places ever. Managment lady is very rude and stand-offish. The apartments yard in the back towards the west is unkempt and has dog poop all over it. They give warnings for kids making regular kid noises during day time hours. And once you move out they are even more rude even if you don’t cause problems. They charge you for everything. They only keep things that are seen looking good. They will blame you for things even if you didn’t do it. They don’t care if other tenants are mean. They ...

just expect you to deal with it on your own. They are judgmental and charge way to much for these places. They seem amazing at first but, dealing with management and terrible neighbors makes them not so great at all. I’d keep looking and find somewhere that the Managment actually cares more and won’t treat you badly.

I rented a townhome for 2 years, the apartments are clean and spacious; however, the units facing east are NOT maintained (landscape); only the units that potential renters pull into are well kept (grass, plants,) my unit only had dirt and weeds, and Pages Place policy states tenants are not to touch their yards...NO KIDDING. Further, when I moved out I was charged $50.00 for leaving boxes outside their dumpster (COMPLETLEY FALSE, AND UNFOUNDED) I am currently looking into taking Pages Place to ...

small-claims court, NOT that I need $50 bucks, I don't; but it's the principle of lying and stealing from good tenants. I kept my place clean and always paid on time. Strange they can't appreciate that.
