August 19, 2025The Painted Woods Villas are absolutely beautiful and spacious, with such a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. I especially love that it’s a smart home, with everything digitalized and easy to maintain. The Waukee neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and perfectly located—within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and even the movie theatre. A brand-new community park is being built just a block away, which is such a wonderful bonus. I also appreciate how close it is to doctor’s offices and ...other essentials. I’m truly excited to call this my new ‘forever home!’ I would highly recommend The Painted Woods Villas to anyone looking for a wonderful place to live.Property Manager Responded
