Looks can be deceiving
August 13, 2015Palm court Apartments are well kept and maintained. The grounds and amenities, the gym and pool are well kept. However, having lived here for 14 months problems with old out dated appliances have been reason I want to move. The staff and maintenance people are nice, but slow to make repairs inside our apartment. When we moved in the air conditioner wasn't working properly. It took months of requests to resolve the problem. A new condenser in our bedroom closet only made it blow cool air. The ...refrigerator was not working properly well , and took multiple attempts to repair. Only complete failure caused maintenance to replace refrigerator. My wife and I wash dishesin the sink cause dishwasher doesn't clean dishes. Again after multiple attempts my wife and I have given up hope the dishwasher will work. The plus side, the schools are close buy and good. Shopping is near as well. The pool and jacuzzi are nice. BBQ's on premises are a nice feature.
