August 30, 2020Are these positive reviews paid advertising? This was the worst apartment I’ve ever been in. It’s an absolute roach motel! We just moved out in July 2020. From day one we had roaches everywhere. Please do not be fooled by their bait and switch tactics. The model apartment they show you is so much nicer than what you’ll actually be living in. The grounds around our actual apartment looked terrible. The washer and dryer they show look so much nicer than what you’ll actually get. Our dryer was from ...the late 1970’s. We laughed so hard in disbelief when we say it and looked up the model number. It looked like it couple have been a prop in the first season of Stranger Things. The AC unit didn’t work properly when we moved in. But what bothered me the most were having roaches in the fridge. Please do not live here. Don’t be fooled like we were. We found a gorgeous condo that is bigger and cheaper and are so happy to not live at The Promenade anymore. The management is so nice until you sign a lease.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Excellent place to live!!!
June 14, 2017Me my husband and 2 grandchildren lived here for 1 year. Only a few minor things had to be fixed in the apartment. Like 2 of the big blinds by the patio door, the towel rack came down and a chain came off one of the fans. The maintenance guys were there within minutes to fix it. They were awesome! Janice and Megan (office) were thee best. Every month we paid rent they asked questions, (how do you like living here? If there's anything we think that they should improve to let them know, how's the ...kids?, etc). They were very respectful, nice and helpful. They allow the kids to play in the tennis court which I loved. It's a lot safer. Everything was updated, great neighbors and we got back our whole deposit. Not too many places do that. Cozy and comfortable
August 17, 2015i really like this complex. The neighbors are nice and quoted then my last place. The pool is great and so is the location. The only think that kept it from getting five stars is that there are no sidewalks and the playground needs to be updated.Review from Apartments.com
Convenient location
August 13, 2015These apartments are very quiet and a pretty good size. The maintenance team are very helpful and quick when you need them. They have made many improvements over the last year (new roofs, new paint, fixing the sidewalks). Currently they are upgrading the kitchens and bathrooms. The only downsides I have seen are parking and the lack of any real landscaping.Review from Apartments.com
