The roaches are unbelievable!!!! They do not spray ... entire buildings are infected. They spark the plugs... fire hazard as well as disease causing. They figure if you can't afgord high rentals then you can live in slop.

Nothing to see here. The new rivergate management is total rip off. Sucks...The property manager doesn't ensure people are happy here. We don't get carpet cleaning during renewals, trash is always a problem, building halls are real nasty. The halls are not blown like other apartments I've lived in. Maintenance enters your apartment whenever they want with no approval or paper. Too many inspections here too. We need a better management company here. These people don't care at all. Again, ...

This is a very quiet place, very clean and have a very good and responsible staff, they always there when in need ......and it would be a very good idea if they think about giving assign parking to actual resident and guest parking for visitors
