May 29, 2018The roaches are unbelievable!!!! They do not spray ... entire buildings are infected. They spark the plugs... fire hazard as well as disease causing. They figure if you can't afgord high rentals then you can live in slop.Review from Apartments.com
Warning...Go elsewhere!
October 24, 2017Nothing to see here. The new rivergate management is total rip off. Sucks...The property manager doesn't ensure people are happy here. We don't get carpet cleaning during renewals, trash is always a problem, building halls are real nasty. The halls are not blown like other apartments I've lived in. Maintenance enters your apartment whenever they want with no approval or paper. Too many inspections here too. We need a better management company here. These people don't care at all.
