I have lived in Sanford many years. I have driven past palm tree apartments many times over those years. I have always thought that they could use some sprucing up. I was very pleased to see that the new management had newly landscaped and placed beautiful rock in all the beds. ty for taking pride in Sanford. The city we love.

Needs improvement

Nothing to offer you except your apartment. Really noisy neighbors. No flowers in your front yard or mulch. It is in need of remolding for sure.
