Nice place to live, w/d needs improvement!
June 12, 2018Beautiful grounds & colorful landscaping that are extremely well maintained, and well-built new construction which is hard to come by in this area. On-site maintenance is fabulous and very responsive. No carports as of yet which can be hard to keep car clean and I imagine will be very hot in summer. Appliances also need improvement as they are very entry level GE, but the plus side is they are all brand new. I recommend bringing your own washer/dryer, as we went through two of their brand new ...machines that permanently damaged our clothes with black markings before purchasing and installing our own. We do appreciate how quiet the complex is at night. And the whispering palms are lovely. Candace at the Leasing Office is a gem to work with and we highly recommend meeting with her directly. All in all, nice place to live with pool, spa and outdoor shower, and conveniently located very close walking distance to Morgan Run. - current residents, Kimberly & ToddRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
