Don’t move here
March 1, 2021The place in general is poorly kept. The neighborhood has people blasting obscene music loudly at all hours. The maintenance doesn’t get back to you in a timely manner. There is always something going on where there are people being arrested and there have been multiple shootings in the area since we have been here.Property Manager Responded

Don't move here
February 19, 2021Security guard car was jacked, break ins, stabbing, drugs and theft is a common occurrence in this development. Not a safe place regardless of 5 star reviews. Upkeep is terrible. Sketchy maintenance and management. Watch everyone as they watch you.Property Manager Responded

Maintenance
April 1, 2020I have lived here for a few year's & the maintenance man are not clean they don't finish task and are very hard to get a hold of. The grounds are very dirty with trash including the lake and Canal but about a year ago they hired a great groundskeeper Jamal who is the only maintenance man outside cleaning the grounds everyday. He is the only one who dose his job an more while 4 other guy's do nothing an never show up when you need anything. They need more hard worker's like Jamal.Property Manager Responded

Great place to call home
March 19, 2020I’m am overly thankful for Mrs Wanda who made it so easy for me to get a place out here. I came in the office a couple weeks back and she made the whole process easy for me no stress at all also I see it’s very quiet out here people are very nice the only problem I have is parking after that everything is great you want somewhere that’s clean and cozy to call home give this place a chance you won’t regretProperty Manager Responded

Bad place to live at
December 20, 2019Worst place to live at, the leasing office people have a bad attitude and show no concern with your issues with apartment. One time I asked them to fix the issue with the dish washer flooding up and I asked them to come over to fix the issue they didn’t come. There are tons of bugs in the apartments like roaches, lizards, spiders etc. The environment here is really bad. The buildings are dirty and old. The windows are not safe. For example, if you ever here wind blowing you here the window ...shaking like its going to break. If you living on the first floor you may hear loud obnoxious noises from the kids upstairs. It’s also hard to find a parking spot because of the amount of people who lives here. By the way i’m not sure if this is only our apartment but our bathroom has no bathroom vent fan. Whenever we shower the steam that comes out over time it makes black dots of mole on your wall and ceiling. Also whenever you get out of the shower make sure you close the door because there is a smoke alarm thats a bit sensitive and will make noise. If you ever wonder how to make it stop just use some type of paper fan or cardboard to kind of blow to make the steam go away. Many times the apartment will smell bad so I recommend using a candle or something to get rid of the smell. We also have called to spray around the apartment to get rid of the bugs but it didn’t solve the issue. The apartment also had several mosquitos and we have tried several bug sprays to get rid of the bugs but as usual it still didn’t solve the issue. If you looking forward to spend your money on a affordable and good quality apartment then I recommended not going to this one!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
