Great place
July 10, 2024I feel more comfortable and more at home at this property than any other community I've been a part of. Couple of minor things that could be improved but still far better than other places I've lived. Neighbors are friendly. Love the beach access. New Ownership in 11/23. Quality of property declined
May 7, 2024Security gates around pool have been broken for 3 months. Received repeated assurances that the “parts were on order”. Last date given for repair to be complete was April 23rd. As of 5/7, gates remain broken. Dogs, including a German shepherd, roam the complex UNLEASHED in violation of the rental agreement, running up to unsuspecting residents in the parking lot. These issues NEVER arose prior to the sale of the property to an out of state company last November. I LOVED THIS COMPLEX WHEN I ...MOVED IN! Sadly, the management team who ran it quit when the new owners took over. Dog wash area unkempt, security gates not working, dogs roaming the grounds, security lights out around the property, etc has created a mass exodus of tenants.Property Manager Responded

October 30, 2023Panama Flats has been my favorite apartment complex that I have ever been to. The property was thoughtfully designed and allows a significant amount of privacy in the courtyard area. I love the private boardwalk straight to th le beach, the property is well-maintained, and it looks like a resort. October 29, 2023Moved in a few weeks ago and already feel more at home than the other place i stayed in before here. Place is friendly and quite but like a community as everyone always says hi. I love been able to walk about the complex and sit outside in the evenings just reading a book or watching tv in the pool area. Gym hasn’t been full yet when I have gone which means a great session can be gotten. So far I love it hereProperty Manager Responded
