A Beautiful Community with a Thoughtful, Professional Team
December 12, 2025We had a great experience with our virtual tour of Parc Huron. The tour was well coordinated by Jack, our broker, and Samuel, Parc Huron’s Sales & Marketing Associate. Everything was smooth, informative, and well-organized from start to finish. The property itself is beautiful, and we really enjoyed learning about the amenities and the overall feel of the community. Samuel did a wonderful job walking us through the space and answering our questions. As new residents to Chicago, we’ve decided ...that for now it makes the most sense for us to be closer to our workplace and within easy access to a train station. That said, once we’re more acclimated and familiar with the area, Parc Huron would definitely be a community we’d love to consider in the future. Love living here
December 20, 2024Parc Huron has been an amazing place to live! I moved pretty last minute from many states away and they were super accommodating and helpful. Gave me a virtual tour, and was very up-front about the whole process, which made it so smooth to move. Love the staff! Every single one of them are so friendly and it makes me feel at home. Amenities are great too, the indoor hot tub has been my favorite in the winter! Also the walls/floor/ceiling are super thick and great quality. Literally never hear ...my neighbors from inside the apartment. The thick walls also keep things insulated and I don’t have to use my heat often, even with having the big beautiful windows. The part of River North it’s in is great. The street is quiet and near a park on the river. If you’re wanting to live in River North, but are worried about hustle and bustle, this is the apartment for you. Would recommend to anyone!Property Manager Responded

Great location + staff
December 19, 2024Our favorite thing about Parc Huron is probably the staff - Bianca, AJ, Sylvester, Nelson, Sam - Everyone is so friendly and helpful. It feels like such a great, supportive community. On top of that, the apartments are incredible quality in a great location! The street is quiet and great for walking our dog. In the apartment itself, we never hear our neighbors, but everyone is super friendly in the hallways/elevator. The building is very well maintained and maintenance is super responsive. Would ...definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a luxury apartment in a quiet corner of River North.Property Manager Responded

Beautiful building, AMAZING staff, and homey environment!
February 29, 2024I moved to Chicago 2 months ago and the first face I saw when I moved was Sylvester at the front desk, he not only made me feel welcome but greeted me as if I were family, he makes my day every time I come to the lobby! The leasing staff are equally incredible, they are SO kind and remember little details people typically forget about you. The maintenance staff should also get a shoutout, they make me feel at home each and every day I see them! Moving in at Parc Huron was my best decision, they ...are super pet friendly, kind, and VERY welcoming! The location is great and near parks and restaurants as well!Property Manager Responded

Unlivable building
December 24, 2021(12/09/2021): As I write this review, there is no hot water in the whole building since yesterday and one of the only two elevators serving almost 200 units is down for maintenance yet again.Property Manager Responded

While neither of these issues is the norm, they're nonetheless a burden on you as our resident. We worked hard to get the hot water working again the morning after it was reported out yesterday evening, and had our elevator techs onsite all day to ensure the elevator was in top shape. If you'd like to discuss either of these issues prior to your move-out, please stop by our office!

Not worth the cost
February 19, 2021Parc Huron was not worth the cost. They close amenities that you're paying for without reducing the monthly rent. While the door staff was fantastic, management was unfortunately very rude. I was once told it was my fault that the rent charge was less than the usual amount and it was my responsibility to make sure they didn't charge me less. Numerous maintenance issues - my heat broke twice, had a faulty light fixture and the fridge water dispenser broke 3 different times. Lastly, I can only ...speak to my floor, but the building continuously allowed parties to be thrown during quarantine that would loudly go past midnight. You can get the same value for $500 less per month elsewhere.Property Manager Responded

Great building, wonderful staff, but a few questionable things.
October 10, 2015The building is fantastic (great finishes, pretty good amenities, immaculately clean and well kept) and the staff are all incredibly warm and friendly but the units are a bit overpriced even for this pricey neighborhood. One of the biggest thorns in my side is the elevator. Thankfully we don't live at the very top but if you're on floor 15 , add another 20-30 minutes to your commute every day waiting for one of the two elevators (and often one is out of service either mechanically or because it ...is reserved for someone moving in or out). Overall, this is a great first apartment building for someone new to Chicago but we've found that we are looking to get more for our money and be in a neighborhood with some character.Property Manager Responded
