I've been reading lots of reviews about this place some true and some I haven't experienced but I can say the elevator has been out for 6 months I've been asking to move to the first floor but they wouldn't transfer me I have 1 leg and fell down the stairs therefore I filled a complaint this is not a place you'd want to live in these people don't care we pay for parking but security plays favorites someone was parked in both of my spots so I parked in another spot and security has my car towed ...

but not the 2 cars in my spots I can go on and on but I'm not. Please read these reviews before you try to move here

If I could give no stars, I would. First of all, the AC doesn’t work and you can smell everything from the apartment next door if you turn on your AC. It’s like you share apartment with the person next door. No privacy. The manager Tiffany is disrespectful and harasses people, plus the gate is always broke. It’s no security. They charge heavy rent for nothing and the pest control cannot get rid of the roaches. The roaches come right up from the crack of the floor tile. This place is also a ripoff ...

and charges fake fees. Don’t torture yourself by coming here. I wish someone told me that.

Roach infested, crackheads try to break in your doors during the middle of the night, maintenance Didn’t wanna replace our door when we told them our door was broken the wood was completely split they only put a silver plate. They’re always turning off the water as well. Kids run around yelling it’s not a good place.

The visitor entrance gate is forever broken, which means anyone can gain access at anytime, the gym hours seem to be only functional weekdays, during business hours, making it impossible for those who work, to take advantage of the gym, the stairwells and corridors are in desperate need of pressure cleaning and a fresh paint job, the laundry room areas in need of deep cleaning and a fresh paint job, the trash areas needs the grass cut and trash on the ground picked up, the security staff ...

El centro de negocios no está en funcionamiento, la piscina no está terminada, no hay control de mascotas; es decir si alguno hace sus gracias frente a tu apartamento te dirán que ese es tu problema, grave problema de plagas, aunque te cobran por el control de las mismas nunca dejarás de ver cucarachas por toda la casa. Seguridad cero... y mucho menos atención de 24 horas. Hemos tenido que pasar 2 fines de semana sin aire acondicionado en verano por falta de personal.

Really grateful for the new management of the building that is working on making some much-needed improvements. My favorite thing for sure is the proximity to the Walmart Supercenter since I work really long hours and its always great that I can easily swing by super late on my way home.

The office staff was so friendly and helpful when I was moving in 5 months ago. I know other people may have said the staff were not nice etc, I have not experienced that one bit. Before moving in I was in the rental office when the new owners were there and told me about the changes they planned to make and that's what sold me. I'm sure the staff didn't change right away after the new owners took over but the people currently working in the front office are the the friendliest. Maintenance has ...

been great also, the one guy even helped me hang a shelf on my wall.

Great area to live in. So much to do and close to every major highway and about 15 minutes away from every major event. I always see the staff working extra hard keeping the property clean. The staff are friendly, attentive and very helpful. If anything happens at my apartment its normally resolved by the end of the day if not before. Apartments are bright and spacious updated everything! I am definitely happy and would refer my apartment to my friends and family.

I recently moved into Park Plaza. From what I hear, the place used to not be the greatest but recently changed ownership and management who invested a ton of time and money into upgrades and improvements. They totally renovated the units and updated all of the common areas and amenities which now look great. There is also a pool coming soon current under construction. everything you get, they must be discounting the rent due to the issues with prior ownership. Also, location location location. The perfect distance to the highway and Walmart super close by. Also just opened a cool Top Golf. Great food options close by too.

At a quick glance it looks like a great place to rent. Pluses...The grounds are kept clean. Most likely you're seeing this place during the day most people should be at work so it's quiet. Timely response to work orders. But the real deal is there is No Dishwasher as advertised. No Pool. Just a work that started but now is just sitting there with filthy filthy water accumulating. Have the nerve to drain the filthy water when it gets too much. Absolutely disgusting. I guarantee you neither the ...

owner or management would put up with this grossness at their own place. Unfortunately, it does not appear to matter to the tenants. Its like they dont feel they deserve a finished pool. What other complex the tenants would be paying that much but wouldn't be complaining. What else? They need a playground badly for all the children forever using the parking as one. Let's talk about Roaches. Yes we have them. Clean or not you're getting them but it's not because management not trying. They just refuse to go away. Infestation thats what it is. Noise.. oh yeah depending on your neighbors, you're not sleeping. What about the non working elevators. Pointless. The Laundry room two machines two dryers, filthy and tenants leave their laundry in FOREVER. You either removed them, wait, or go somewhere else. The gym small tiny room with four machines and one isnt working plus you have to cross the Filthy unfinished pool to get to it. You're literally seeing this filthy water every freaking day. I should have left after my first year. i stayed. Because who wants to keep moving again and again. But this time that's it. I've had with this place.
