July 16, 2024I moved in around August, which was weeks after my move in date and had to switch into a different approved unit because the one promised to me wasn’t done (neither was the one I was moved into). Have multiple issues with staffing, from attitude, changing the story, lack of problem solving, to zero accountability across the board. Has had some many employees in and out that door so fast you can’t even keep them straight. Funny money business as well. Charging fees per month that are not in the ...lease agreement. Poor upkeep of complex, lazy upgrades. Just this morning 15 car windows were busted into from what I know, and there could be more across the complex. Mine was busted along with a couple others a couple days prior. No sense of security here or urgency to fix the problem.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
