Rat infestation and mold so don’t do it! You can hear rats in the attic and when they are in units pest control takes days to come out. The Rats are big and aggressive

Overpriced. Windows and roof leak. I am certain that there are mold issues because of this. I do my own pest control for roaches. Parking lot needs to be re surfaced and re lined. Old mattresses and couches are placed by dumpsters and left there for weeks. Certainly not worth the price that I have to pay. Cannot wait until this lease is up.
