I've been all over Vegas, but this place is without a doubt one of the best complexes I've ever lived in. It's quiet, clean, & the staff are all incredible. Even with one maintenance guy on the property, concerns are always addressed in a timely manner (thanks Ramon!) Moving is usually super stressful for me, but Gaby made the process super easy & was happy to answer any questions I had. As long as I'm still in Vegas, I ain't going anywhere else!

We strive in keeping a beautiful and clean apartment community and happy residents. Yes, we are close to the strip, one block away. We do offer a washer and dryer in each of our spacious apartment homes. Although I'd like to clarify that there are no grandfathered policies, we follow all fair housing guidelines and we abide by the rules and regulations provided by our industry. Although we do have residents that have been living in our community for over 30 years, they are treated fair and equally as the new residents moving in. Regarding unwanted bugs, we do offer pest control services, please stop by our leasing office to put in a request, we are open 7 days a week. Our community is gated but we are in a metropolitan area and cannot provide security and assurances from unwelcome trespassers. Just as you would any shopping mall or public place, please lock ...
