Great office staff, terrible corporate management
July 7, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comThe property is fine. The office staff are great. Unfortunately, the property owner (a corporation based out-of-state) demands that all leases are signed digitally. This isn't a problem on its own, however, the company has been unable to fix a typo in the start date on my lease. This problem has been present in their system for over a year, and the property manager is currently asking me to continue paying rent in good-faith without a lease while I wait for them to provide me with a digital ...lease. I asked the office staff if we could just print it, fix the typo with a pen, initial at the modifications, and sign it. They said their hands were tied by the property owner. Bottom-line, I'd suggest looking for another place to live until such time that the property owner gets their business in order and starts treating their tenants and office staff with a little more respect.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

Disappointing
October 11, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comRequested for cleaning upon move in, had to clean it myself and they state they resolved the issue. Dryer caught FIRE after many complaints that it wasn’t working right. Difficult to get ahold of the office and new management is unprofessional. Fireplace has to be taken apart just to turn on. Gym area smells of urine. Trash always overflowing. Don’t expect your deposit back regardless of how good you leave the place. “no such thing as normal wear and tear” Best thing about living here was it ...pushed us to buy a home since any type of convenience/benefit of renting was lost here.Read More

August 3, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comOne of the worst experiences I’ve ever had renting. Management is absolutely horrible. They breached the lease agreement when trying to charge us for things that we were not responsible for. Unit was left as clean as new, and we were still charged thousands of dollars for unnecessary fees. The entire staff here is extremely rude. They don’t listen, and they will charge you an absurd amount upon moving out. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!Property Manager Responded
