Worst of the worst management, they don’t know how to speak to the existing residents, also they pick on people to take revenge for any dispute you raise. They have world class service, if you need a service, you have to call them at least 3,4 times to get things done, that too they will do it after 15, 20 days at earliest
Very rude and disrespectful management, never every come to these apartments

Why would I want or recommend a place that have very disrespectful staff, most of your own don’t even last working there, very nasty and toxic place where the motive is to extort people. Their major priority and aim is money not the customers they’re providing for.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM APARTMENT !1! The management are not friendly and always looking for way to rip you off your security deposit, and in any chance possible..
They don't have respect for people and are always aggressive, they cant even keep their own staff, almost in every 3 months they have a new customer service person .
Too many negative reviews from people who lived here .
Word of advise , Look else where and have your peace of mind.
Never a place to recommend.

Am a current resident renting 980sqft 1 bedroom unit. Talking to management does not help.
I have these outstanding issues with them.
They failed to show me proof the carpet was installed less than 5 years ago, when i requested for new carpet on renewal.
I have been asking them to replace AC because it is not fit to cool a large area covering Living room and dining area. They just keep beating around bush.
Dragging their feet when it comes to redoing Kitchen paint. Let see what they end up ...
doing.

I lived there for 2 years and its a very bad place to live. The units are very very old that even if a baby walks, you will hear squeaks all over. Pathetically highly priced units and for the price you pay, you can very well find a nice town home or house for rent. The manager Nadira is very rude and don't expect a friendly hospitality when you visit the office or talk to the management.
If you want your money worth spent and have some peace of mind, just don't move here. As simple as that. Its ...

Right off the bat I had a bad experience. My apartment was not ready when I showed up with my first truck load of stuff. They still had to clean the carpets which meant they would not be dry for me to start moving in - I had no where to put my stuff. I spent the first night with as much stuff in the kitchen that I could fit in there. They also said my apartment was painted, which soon after I found out it was not after one steamy shower the walls were dripping with brown nicotine droplets. They ...
also offer free wi-fi internet which very rarely works, and the people in the rental office do not respond to inquires very quickly. I also have to pay for water and was told I would receive a bill via USPS, however, going into my 4th month I still have yet to receive a bill but they are certainly still charging me without me seeing any bill, and the first water charge was for more than twice what I was quoted. Overall, if things do not improve, I will not resign my lease at the end of the year.
