By far the WORST experience trying to rent a house. The move in was delayed one week, because "they wanted to make it perfect for us", the interesting thing is that they didn't even contacted us in any way to let us know the move in date changed. We were moving from outta state and decided not to rent the first place we saw because it was not a clean space. Joanna was adorable while showing us outside the unit, but once we payed the application and were approved she changed completely, every
...conversation was in an indifferent tone, as if our concerns were not important. We needed to move in ASAP, we have 2 kids and no home here in San Antonio. Because of the way she was treating us, we decided to look for another rental, we found another place with a very helpful lady, the place is simpler, and is an apartment, but the way we were treated was much better than with Park Greene townhomes. In Park Greene, they did not allow us to tour the house, because the "contractors were working there", so they wanted us to wait 7 more days completely in the dark about the interior of the house, my bet is that they were trying to hide problems. In the apartment, they allowed us to look and move early, they understood the needs of their clients. We called Joanna to ask one more time if we could take a look at the house, before I even finish telling her we were deciding if we would stay in this other place or wait for the townhome to be ready, she was ready to hang up the phone. My goodness, imagine living in a place where you need her help! What a nightmare. It's a shame because the place looks very pretty, we would love to say we had a nice experience renting a place there. Wasted application money, it just gave us headaches.
