December 7, 2019I think the earlier review on this site was referring to a completely different apartment complex. This place has no gym, no pool and no real amenities whatsoever. It doesn't even have any landscaping besides a few battered oleanders. It's just an old and very rundown building stuck in a parking. Really for just a little more rent one can find a much nicer place.Review from Apartments.com
I love it :)
August 19, 2015I moved into Paradise Falls Apartments about a month ago. My dad is sick and I needed a safe place to move in to. I also needed an apartment downstairs and accessible for him. They made it happen! The office was helpful and on top of almost everything. I enjoy the pool and gym! I did have to put a few maintence requests in after I moved in. However, they took care of them right away. The application process & move in process was easy. So far, so good!Review from Apartments.com
