I have lived here for 2 years out of my 4-year tenure as a student at Texas A&M, and I couldn't have asked for a better living situation. I have benefitted greatly from living here in close proximity to the University. The complex is very well managed by Lina, who is a very sweet lady and is always reachable and accommodating. I have lived here since 2015 and I love how cozy my 1 bedroom 1 bath is. This is the perfect size for a couple. The management has changed multiple times since I've lived here but currently we have the best management that has ever been here. The area is very quiet and safe. There are two bus stops in walking distance as well as being about 10 minutes walking distance from campus!

This is the perfect apartment complex for a student. The complex was always quiet and safe (never had an issue). Parking is easy and consistent. The apartment provides sufficient living space and the location is the selling point.
