In addition to being in the heart of River North, next to Erie Park and the River Walk, this building has a ton of amenities including one of the very few outdoor pools in River North. Ohio/Ontario Feeder-ramps; South facing units have unparalleled views of the skyline; east facing apartments on higher floors also have excellent views and are also quiet (unless close to the south end of the building due to the ramp). The interior of the building has recently been upgraded with new tiles, new carpets and new paint. As for the financial health of the building, it is the only building anywhere that reduced assessments 4 out of the past 5 years and the association owns the ground level commercial real-estate leased to a coffee shop and a salon; the positive cash-flow from the leases helps the association's finances. The building is pet friendly Finally whether as a tenant or as an owner, I would give this building the highest rating possible and the area is undoubtedly the hottest area in Chicago, walking distance to everything Chicago has to offer.
