The management caters to a few with unpaid rent if they like you. Denise and Ashley will cook meals in the front office for tenants that have had their power shut off and instruct their on the site maintenance tech to provide electricity to them via extension cords. They look the other way for people they like and write off late or no rent payments. Not fair to everyone else in the TRINITY OWNED park place apartment complex

These apartments are barely a one star , they are roach infested , sinks and toilets leak these are DISGUSTING hole in the wall apartments . They allow people with pets to leave their dogs stool on the sidewalk. Trash in the parking lot maintenance only pick it up ONCE a week . Apartment is falling apart inside and outside. My experience here was terrible. Thugs stand outside with no problem. Police are out here almost every other day ! I wouldn’t refer absolutely NO ONE to this dump ! This place ...

should be torn down !
