Tucked-Away Quiet Community
September 21, 2023Nothing groundbreaking to say since this is my first rental, but I love how quiet and "small" this area is. The staff was very helpful throughout the entire process of getting the apartment and answered any questions I had. Maintenance comes by pretty quickly too. Found out my stove didn't work when I moved in, but that was quickly fixed after putting in a maintenance request. The central area has a tiny picnic area surrounded by giant trees which I find cozy and there's a decently sized trail ...tucked away that leads into the neighboring park. Of course, not everything will be perfect, you get what you pay for here, but I'd say it's well worth it just because the neighbors (at least around my unit) keep to themselves and rarely make a lot of noise. Other neighbors have decorations out on their patios and balconies and I find that pretty relaxing when going on walks. Beautiful and Modern
July 2, 2023I was shown this apartment by Roxy for the management company. The natural lighting, the open spaces? Fantastic! I used to live in Chicago. This price point would get you a studio with a place that your friends wouldn’t feel safe in. Get in, as soon as you can.Property Manager Responded
