There are ongoing water leaks, old appliances that do not work properly, and dirty carpets. Be prepared for endless maintenance issues that never seem to get fully resolved. There have also been flooding issues involving sewage, which is absolutely disgusting. The property feels unsafe, and there have been concerns about cars being towed and broken into. The community workout room isn’t accessible, nor the vending machines - because they couldn’t stop kids from breaking in and doing drugs in it. Garage spots are not 30$, unless they are just jacking it up for current residents - 45$ a spot is the actual garage rate.
