Park Plaza 2 is really nice. The units themselves are in very good shape and the maintenance team will respond to your work order immediately if something is wrong in your unit. The heated floors, water heater, and washer/dryer in the unit are very nice perks. Would recommend 100%.

I am completely satisfied! Coming from a big city, I figured I would have to lower my standards after reading multiple reviews for other Anchorage apartments but at Park Plaza 2, I didn’t. I lived here for 8 mos and was sad to leave but due to the pet restrictions (which is one of two cons with the other being no stainless steel appliances) I had to. The office staff was always inviting and friendly. I know at least two tenants that moved in because of one of the leasing agent’s positive ...
attitude. Even maintenance was spot on. I definitely recommend this place.

Absolutely The Best!!!

Excellent location for professionals who are use to of living a high profile life style. Very professional, friendly and knowledgable staff. 100% secure building, with indoor car parking. Complimentry coffee, Cable include in monthly rent. Lundry in every unit. I cant ask for more. Gym on site. for the price its worth it. I am living here for 4 months, and every one I met in the building is a professionl and friendly. So this help, people who live here are eductaed professionals. May be its ...
little pricy, but worth every penny. I am happy to pay little extra for image, saftey, and peice of mind. I am very happy I choose this location :) So If you can effort, this is the place!!!

Park Plaza II is the perfect building if you want a quick walk to downtown, great restaurants and outdoor space. The common areas are well maintained and staff incredibly helpful. This clean, quiet and safe complex is rare find in Anchorage.
