COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE Yuck! Avoid at all costs!

This is the WORST place I have EVER lived. First and foremost, the entire complex is INFESTED with cockroaches. They are EVERYWHERE, coming out of the sink,in the dishwashers, even coming out of the common-area laundry machines. I had to sleep with the lights on, to reduce the number of cockroaches that would come out in the bedroom. This place is a serious health hazard. Mold, Cockroaches, poor water pressure, old plumbing, and noisy neighbors. Not to mention a heartless, cheap ...

False advertising

I went to view this apartment and the interior is not at described at all. Given the price, I did not have high expectations, but it most definitely does not have high ceilings, Italian porcelain tile, or stainless steel appliances. When I questioned them on why it was advertised having stainless steel appliances, their explanation was that there was a different unit, at a different price, that got a new dishwasher. 1) "A new dishwasher" does not constitute "stainless steel appliances," specially ...

when the stove and oven are not from this millennium. 2) why is the unit at this price being advertised with a different unit's so called amenities. The building and unit seemed clean, and the onsite manager was great, but the leasing office is trying to pull a fast one on new tenants. Steer clear of this place until they clean up their act and charge what this unit is really worth!

Cockroach Infested

The entire building is infested with cockroaches. They are nesting in the walls. They crawl over everything; it such a health hazard. I wish I had seen the other review before I signed a lease. They are everywhere, every night and even during the day. I've also experienced the water temperature fluctuations the other tenant mentioned. I have never experienced a roach situation like this before; it's truly horrible.

Cockroaches, no hot water pressure, grimy pool, and black mold.... AVOID!!!

You do NOT want to live here. The place is overrun with cockroaches. A couple of weeks ago, after doing laundry in the common laundry room, I opened the washer about 3 minutes after the cycle finished, and there were already cockroaches crawling around the machine (YUCK!) During the drying (where I put the dryers on the HOTTEST setting to kill any roaches) I looked over at the washer, and about a dozen or more roaches were crawling out. The roaches are all over the place, in the apartments, ...

in the common area, the catwalk, etc. The hot water barely works. There is barely any pressure, and when you take a shower, the temperature keeps fluctuating from cold to SCALDING hot, and there is NO way to take a nice comfortable shower. The owner is lazy, and does anything to avoid repairs. The only time you will see her is when she parks her shiny lexus in the fire zone, and collects the rent checks. This is NOT a good place to live, and I can't WAIT until I can move out.
