Photos online are not what it actually looks like
June 30, 2023The building is old and loss of paint. I was disappointed going in to find the hallway floors all wet & dirty. The elevator also needs some remodeling. The is no washer & dryer in unit, and only two washers & dryers available on each floor. The studio is a large size but just seems dirty. I did not feel clean or was pleased at all to live here. This property is no good
June 3, 2023It’s an old building, has rats, roaches, humidity, lots of mold, floors are always wet. My apartment even had mushrooms growing due to humidity, mold damaged my belongings and health, I would not recommend living in this building. Very Unprofessional
July 15, 2021Absolutely awful ! Office Staff is very unprofessional ! The landlord guy brushed me off like I didn't even exist.. Trash chute always full of garbage on the floor, elevators never work always breaking... And the whole thing about "cars being parked illegally, that they will tow" also a lie.. Management doesn't care about any concerns nor if your apartment is falling apart, just as long as you pay your rent they're good. And don't let me get started on the email blasts! They'll email you a ...hundred times about things going on in the building but don't take actions at all! Affordable nice place... Need a new exterminator
August 19, 2020The place is nice, affordable. Everyone keep to themselves. The management do their best with cleaning, every morning. If I need something done, they will do it. They do have a roach problem. it doesn't have to do with cleaness. I don't believe that they treat the lawn. Anyway, I believe they should use a different exterminator company. They come on Tuesdays and after they "spray" the place, the roaches come back out. Where do I begin......
May 27, 2020Let me begin by saying the only reason I'm giving the Park Towers 2 stars is because of the hard work the staff puts in day in and day out. The professionalism of Liz and Bernie are among the best I've ever been around. I've never had a problem they couldn't solve for me so for that I'm grateful. The stuff that goes on in that building after office hours is not a day and night difference, its an Earth and Mars difference. The maintenance staff cleans up messes that no one should have to clean up. ...Having to clean up human urine from stairwells along with all the garbage that is dumped on the floors daily is amazing to me. The security or lack there of does the best job he can do. He's very proactive and everytime I've seen him he's walking the parking lots and halls making sure everything is good. That building needs way more than one security guard because he's severely outnumbered If something was to happen. The biggest problem in that building is the drug use. I have no problems with people needing to do what they have to do for their issues or whatever. But if I can smell marijuana in the lobby, in the stairwell, and actually watching someone roll a blunt in the lobby thats a big problem. Everyone I came across in the building was friendly and I never had any issues with anyone. I shouldnt have to come home from work though to find people sitting in the front of the lobby door smoking like its all cool with no worries. You would think you wouldnt wanna bring that stuff to where you live unless its people that dont live there and its tough to control if no one cares including the police. Hearing people scream for help every weekend and hearing fights every weekend is normal. Cops show up and you can see that they couldn't care any less than they do while they are there. Maybe they dont care or maybe they are tired of dealing with the same nonsense from the building. The management does what they can but they cant be there 24 hours a day to control the problem. Get that security guard some help because if he had some, I'm sure things would change for the better. I'm writing this review so whoever wants to live there wouldn't get surprised by everything happens in that building once the sun goes down. I've seen reviews about the roaches and thats true but flip side to that is if you keep your apartment clean you wont have the roach problem. Stay clean and roach free!! Good place to live

February 10, 2020I live here and it's been good so far. I had a few problems like a small sized toilet and I was hearing my upstairs neighbor AC humming loudly but they worked quickly to resolve those issues. my job makes me get a lot of deliveries and they made it easier for me to pick up my deliveries in the office.Property Manager Responded

Love Living Here
January 6, 2020This is my first apartment. I was skeptical about this place at first but I love my experience so far. The building is currently under renovation and I look forward to see its progression. It's quiet for the most part. Whenever I have issues with my place maintenance comes fairly quickly. Do not even bother!
February 11, 2019Roach infested no matter how clean you keep your apt, nothing in the gym works, elevators are always broken, roaches in the wash room, the machine for your wash card never works, management is nice nasty! Maintenance men are great guys though!Review from Apartments.com
